Work that works

We're committed to understanding the impact of our training—for us and for you.
Our evaluation process includes collecting workshop data and feedback from participants, which paints a picture of their learning and takeaways, as well as how and where they plan to apply their new knowledge. Through pre-and post-training surveys, we measure how much learning occurred as a result of the training. And we often have the privilege of witnessing breakthroughs and connections being made in real time, which underscores the immediate impact of our sessions.

Our success is validated through volumes of client testimonials and enduring partnerships, where we witness transformative shifts in workplace culture and practices. Many clients progress to our Peer Guided Learning program, a testament to their commitment to sustained learning and DEI integration. Our ultimate aim is to empower clients to lead their DEI initiatives independently, fostering enduring organizational change through their commitment to anti-oppression.
