Our Origin Story

Rima Dib has been instrumental in the founding of Harmony@Work, beginning her work with the organisation back in 2016, when it was then a branch of Harmony Movement. After ten years as their lead content developer, facilitator, and visionary, Rima took over Harmony@Work as their CEO and Director of Curriculum and Training in 2019, when a loss of government funding led to the shutdown of Harmony Movement’s mission.

Since then, Rima and her growing team have transformed the organisation, turning it into one of Canada’s leading providers of workplace DEI training and consulting. To-date, Harmony@Work has provided over 1100 hours of training to more than 14,000 people from 112 different companies across Canada and abroad.
